Registration Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3><p>Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kitspire.com with the subject line &#8220;STEM Cancellation.&#8221;<\/p><p>Deadlines:<\/p><p>Cancellations are only possible if made on the same day as the registration date and the refund will be in full minus a 10% processing fee.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Event Postponement or Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3><p>If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.<\/p><p>If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants are eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3><p>Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.<\/p><p>Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
